Spring Break

You hear about people going on crazy spring break trips as college students. I have never gone on a trip during spring break until this year. It ended up being pretty crazy.

5 girls. Four days. California.

Day 1:
We left at 6:30 in the morning to drive to California.
We visited the Newport Beach Temple. Absolutely gorgeous!
We spent sometime at the beach. Unfortunately, it was overcast and chilly.
We finished off the night by eating at the Cheesecake Factory. Delish!

Day 2: California Adventure

For those of you who don't know, I absolutely love Cars, especially Mater. So obviously I loved Cars Land. It was my first time being there since it recently opened. I could have spend my entire day there. The racers basically made me cry. That is how amazing that ride was!

Day 3: Disneyland
One day to go on all the rides at Disneyland, yeah it was difficult. We were there from opening to closing and we still didn't ride all the rides. It also made us a little loopy.

While we were waiting in line for the Peter Pan ride, Ally saw a boy that looked like he could be Mormon. We all agreed that he looked like it, so she decided to ask him. As he was getting on the ride, she yelled, "Hey, are you Mormon?" He said, "Ya!" and gave us a thumbs up. Ally and I responded with "We could tell." At first I felt like an idiot, but then I realized that if I was that boy, that would have made my day. Too bad he looked like he was pre-mish or we would have gotten his number.

Later, we were waiting for Fantasmic to start and we were crazy. Pretty sure we were those annoying people you want to just shut up. Earlier we had gone to Red Robin to eat. The waiter commented on how quiet we were. We commented multiple times how good the water tasted and we drank a ton. We joke that our waiter put something in that water and that was the reason we were so crazy.

On the way back to the hotel, we had the whole shuttle laughing. Don't really remember why. That's probably a bad thing.

Day 4: We drove home.

TENDER MERCY: I had a fun time with some great girls. We were safe and we were able to spend time together. I was also able to go home for a few days. I spent time with my family, Laura, and Darille.

Bad thing is now I really don't care about school. It's my last semester down here and I'm just ready to be done! I have to get over this and get to work! Wish me luck :)
